Description We are looking for an experienced Senior Financial Analyst to join our team in Tustin, California. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving financial insights, managing data analysis, and ensuring the accuracy of reporting processes. Responsibilities: • Conduct comprehensive financial analyses to support organizational decision-making. • Utilize data mining techniques to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement. • Develop and maintain reports using tools such as Crystal Reports and Confluence. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize business systems and ensure operational efficiency. • Assist in the preparation and management of budgets and capital planning processes. • Perform auditing tasks to ensure compliance and accuracy in financial reporting. • Support accounting functions by analyzing financial data and reconciling discrepancies. • Provide recommendations for improving financial performance and cost management. • Monitor and report on key performance indicators to track organizational success. • Train and guide team members on financial analysis tools and methodologies. Requirements • Proven experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and auditing. • Proficiency in business systems and tools such as Confluence and Crystal Reports. • Strong knowledge of data mining techniques and their application in financial contexts. • Familiarity with accounting principles and capital management processes. • Ability to develop and interpret complex financial reports. • Excellent analytical skills with a detail-oriented approach. • Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse teams. • Advanced proficiency in CRM tools and related technologies.
