Job Description Summary: As the dedicated Sr. Financial Analyst for the South Region, you'll be more than just a numbers person. You'll be a trusted partner to the VP of Finance and Regional leaders, providing the sharp financial insights and strategic recommendations that fuel our continued success. Your expertise will be instrumental in shaping operational strategies and achieving data-driven excellence.

Forge strong, collaborative relationships with Regional leadership and stakeholders, becoming their go-to financial expert.

Develop sophisticated, Excel-based financial models that empower robust budgeting, insightful forecasting, and comprehensive scenario analysis.

Conduct in-depth analysis and deliver clear, concise reports on critical financial metrics, including gross margin, operating expenses, and capital expenditures.

Translate complex data into actionable recommendations that directly influence strategic decision-making at the highest levels.

Collaborate closely with operational teams to identify and implement impactful cost savings and efficiency improvements.

Lead the annual budgeting process and quarterly forecasting cycles with precision and strategic alignment.

Leverage your expertise as a Super User for SAP and Business Warehouse (BW), maximizing the power of our data warehouse reporting tools.

Spearhead the regional commission planning process, ensuring accurate and timely calculation and insightful analysis.

Required Qualifications

A Bachelor's degree in Finance or a closely related field is essential

A minimum of 5+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis and reporting, demonstrating increasing levels of strategic impact.

Master-level proficiency in Excel, including advanced financial modeling, compelling data visualization, and the use of macros.

Experience with data manipulation and analysis tools (e.g., SQL, VBA, Power Query, Power BI) is a significant plus

A strong foundation in core finance and accounting principles, including NPV, IRR, ROCE, and Journal Entries.

Preferred Qualifications

MBA is highly valued

Previous experience leading communication directly with senior leadership highly preferred
