The Role

We are seeking a highly analytical, detail-oriented professional to join our Global Supply Chain Excellence team as a Sr. Financial Analyst. In this role, you will drive data-informed decision-making by providing financial analysis, supporting strategic planning initiatives, and fostering cross-functional collaboration. You will play a critical role in zero-based budgeting, aligning operational priorities with financial performance, and serving as a trusted partner to leadership across departments and distribution centers.

Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate supply chain planning and budgeting processes in partnership with department leaders, distribution centers, and corporate financeChampion zero-based planning initiatives to drive cost transparency and optimize resource allocationDevelop and maintain standardized planning and feedback templates across global operationsDeliver monthly and quarterly variance analysis aligned with corporate financial timelinesProvide strategic insights by tracking performance against targets and identifying key business drivers across SG&A, COGS, and CAPEXBuild and support scenario modeling tools to optimize operations and improve efficiencyCollaborate with distribution center teams to streamline reporting processes and enhance accuracyPrepare presentation decks for key meetings including Monthly Business Reviews, Financial Reviews, and Capital Expenditure MeetingsPartner with leadership to gather commentary and ensure clear, data-driven narratives

Qualifications

Education & Certifications

BA/BS in a quantitative field or equivalent experience (MBA preferred)

Work Experience

5+ years in FP&A, corporate finance, or supply chain (footwear industry experience preferred)Strong expertise with financial systems and reporting tools (Hyperion, Dodeca, Excel, Power BI)Experience with budgeting, SG&A reporting, and executive-level performance management

Skills & Competencies

Advanced analytical skills with strong Excel proficiency (BI tools a plus)Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects from ideation to executionStrong financial acumen to identify and quantify business impactExcellent written, verbal, and presentation skills (PowerPoint proficiency required)Ability to build strong relationships with senior executivesComfortable operating in a global, matrixed organization and navigating ambiguity
