Sr. Financial Analyst, CAM Operations Finance

Basic Qualifications:  

'         Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Accounting, Finance or Economics

'         Minimum of 4 years' experience in Finance or Accounting preferably in Manufacturing

'         Knowledge of ERP systems - JDE, HFM

'         Professional written and verbal communications and interpersonal skills

'         Strong analytical skills.

Position Overview:

As a Senior Financial Analyst you'll be part of our Global Functions & Enablers team

 

Key Responsibilities:''

'         Partner with Controllership and FP&A to develop the Annual Budget and monthly/Quarterly forecast for OCOS with inputs from operations and Other Stakeholders.

'         Partner with Supply Chain and Controllership teams to forecast Working Capital (Inventory and AP) and provide weekly updates to Latest estimates by element.

'         Tracking and reporting of Financial/Operations metrics - Labor Efficiency, Productivity, Cost of Poor Quality (CoPQ), Safety and OTIF (On Time In Fill).

'         Developing dashboards & reporting metrics

'         Collaborate with Controllership to identify proper labor requirements tied to financial performance.

'         Reporting and tracking of labor count & cost.

'         Support periodic reporting of OCOS and Working Capital by gathering drivers for variances and preparing reports for month-end and weekly cadences.

'         Working with Operations teams to develop a Capex Budget and prioritize projects and track adherence to the budget monthly.

'         Partner with cross functional teams including Operations, Supply Chain and FP&A to support processes and drive cost and Working Capital optimization for the business.

Support the business with completing special projects and addressing ad-hoc requests.
