Job Profile Summary Sr. Finance Analyst – Technology Finance plays a key role in partnering with Technology teams to drive financial planning, operational insights, and strategic decision-making. This role provides financial analysis, budgeting support, cost optimization recommendations, and performance reporting to ensure the Technology organization can invest effectively while meeting financial targets.

Sr. Finance Analyst – Technology Finance plays a key role in partnering with Technology teams to drive financial planning, operational insights, and strategic decision-making. This role provides financial analysis, budgeting support, cost optimization recommendations, and performance reporting to ensure the Technology organization can invest effectively while meeting financial targets.

Responsibilities:

Support annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range planning for Technology departments.

Develop and maintain financial models that project costs, resource needs, capital expenditures, and ROI for Technology initiatives.

Track variances between actuals and forecast; provide insights to explain trends and drivers.

Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports for Tech leadership and FP&A stakeholders.

Review and analyze IT project Statement of Work, business cases, and software investment to identify cost-savings opportunities and efficiency improvements.

Present financial insights, risks, and opportunities to drive fact-based decisions.

Identify opportunities to streamline finance–tech processes and enhance data quality

Support Month-end Accounting Close

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree required; master’s degree preferred. Specialization in Accounting, Business, or Finance is requiredMinimum at least 5 years of work experience in a corporate setting, with emphasis on areas such as reporting development, financial planning and analysis, business analytics, and financial modelingExperience with SAP BPC and Workday is preferredAble to perform quantitative analysis using appropriate analytical tools. Requires expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel to develop and troubleshoot reportsStrong communication skills, able to independently structure and develop PowerPoint presentations and other business documents for executive audiences
