Our client, a leader in facilities management, is seeking a Sr. Facilities Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a Sr. Facilities Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the maintenance department supporting a diverse range of facilities. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, effective communication abilities, and a proactive approach to maintenance which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Sr. Facilities Maintenance Technician
**Location:** Mt. Juliet, TN
**What's the Job?**
+ Oversee the preventative maintenance program to ensure minimal disruption to building services.
+ Perform inspections and repairs on HVAC, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
+ Maintain facility relations through prompt and courteous responses to requests.
+ Monitor the quality of maintenance work performed by contractors and junior staff.
+ Document equipment readings and maintain records of past operating experiences.
**What's Needed?**
+ High School Diploma or equivalent.
+ At least 4 years of technical experience in building engineering.
+ Proficiency in using computers and software programs such as MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
+ Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
+ Valid state driver's license and relevant electrical or mechanical licenses.
