Responsibilities
Facility Maintenance and Upkeep: Coordinate routine maintenance and repairs of the facilities, including mechanical, electrical, HVAC systems, and plumbingOversee cleaning, landscaping, and security servicesVendor Management: Assist in sourcing and supervising external contractors and service providersReview work performed by vendors to ensure quality and adherence to contractual agreementsAdministrative Support: Provide administrative support by maintaining facility records, compliance documents, and service contractsSupport the facilities team with clerical duties, including scheduling, procurement, and budget trackingSafety and Compliance: Ensure that all facilities operations comply with health and safety standards and legal requirementsParticipate in the development and implementation of emergency plans and occupational safety proceduresSpace Management: Assist with office space allocation and layout planning to maximize efficiencyCoordinate internal moves and support changes to office configurationsSupport Services Coordination: Liaise between staff and external providers for support services such as catering, cleaning, parking, and securityInventory Control: Manage supplies inventory and place orders for facilities-related items, ensuring critical stock levels are maintainedRequired Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Proven organizational and coordination abilitiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsWorking knowledge of electrical and mechanical systemsAbility to multitask and prioritize work ordersFamiliarity with procurement and budgetingProficient in Microsoft Office and facility management softwareEducation and Experience: A high school diploma is requiredan associate's degree or higher in business management, facilities management, or a relevant field is preferredPrior experience in facilities coordination or a related role is advantageousEssential Duties and Responsibilities

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
