\nWe have an exciting opportunity here at DHL Supply Chain for someone to join us as a Senior Expert in Recruiting and Onboarding Processes within the Global HR Transformation team. The successful candidate will collaborate with HR leaders and key stakeholders from various functions worldwide. You will be responsible for supporting the global design, local deployment, and transition to ongoing business-as-usual (BAU) support for these initiatives. Your expertise will ensure best practices, consistency, and compliance in DHL's Global HR Process Designs and myHR functional configuration.
\nYou will also work closely with the IT colleagues in implementing these processes in global HR systems, continually seeking opportunities to improve, and ensuring we remain an essential part of everyday life. Sound interesting? Keep reading!
\nYour key accountabilities include:
\n\nResponsibility for end-to-end processes, collection, assessment, documentation, and standardization of existing Recruiting and Onboarding processes.\nLeading the development, testing, and implementation of Recruiting and Onboarding process improvement initiatives to enhance HR service delivery and support business objectives.\nIdentifying process gaps and designing solutions to address them, leveraging best practices and emerging trends in HR process improvement, including digitalization and AI tools.\nCollaborating with HR leaders and stakeholders to implement changes to HR processes and systems.\nWorking cross-functionally to design and incorporate approved changes.\nAnalyzing data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of HR process improvement initiatives and making data-driven recommendations to senior leadership.\nDeveloping and implementing change management strategies to ensure successful adoption of Recruiting and Onboarding process improvement initiatives.\nStaying up to date on emerging trends and best practices in Recruiting and Onboarding process improvement and leveraging this knowledge to enhance HR service delivery within the organization.\nBuilding and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization to ensure alignment and support for Recruiting and Onboarding process improvement initiatives.\nIdentifying and analyzing risks, proposing mitigation actions, and suggesting solutions for resolution of escalations.\n\n\nProficient in delivering multiple project-related tasks – as contributor and workstream leader – prioritizing effectively, and managing risks to ensure on time and on budget execution, utilizing project management methodologies and tools.\n\n\n
What are we looking for from you?
\n\nStrong understanding of Recruiting and Onboarding processes and systems.\nExperience identifying and implementing HR process improvement and standardization.\nDemonstrated experience with digitalization tools and AI applications in HR processes.\nConsultative communication and stakeholder management skills.\nIT skills and knowledge of MS Office packages.\nStrong analytical skills with the ability to analyse data and make data-driven recommendations.\nExcellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex concepts to various audiences.\nDemonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization.\nExperience in a leadership role within a project setting.\n\nWhat you'll need to do next?
