Senior Executive - Catalogue ManagementReal Estate E-Commerce Division
Position OverviewJoin a leading real estate organization in an exciting opportunity to drive their newly launched B2B e-commerce platform. As Senior Executive - Catalogue Management, you'll play a critical role in building and managing comprehensive product catalogues that power our digital transformation initiative.
Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Data Management
Capture, register, and categorize comprehensive product information including codes, descriptions, pricing, images, and specificationsMaintain and update product databases using MS Excel and proprietary software systemsApply advanced Excel formulas and functions for data manipulation and analysisEnsure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness across all product listingsContent Development & Quality Assurance
Source and integrate product images from multiple formats (CD, PDF, websites, vendor materials)Standardize product information across various data sourcesDevelop and implement quality control processes to enhance data integrityIdentify improvement opportunities and execute corrective action plansStakeholder Collaboration
Conduct vendor and supplier training sessions on catalogue requirementsCoordinate with internal teams to align product information with business objectivesManage email and telephone communications with suppliers and internal stakeholdersSupport cross-functional teams in product-related initiativesRequired QualificationsEducation: Postgraduate degree (Master's preferred)
Experience: Minimum 3+ years in:
E-commerce management and operationsConsumer marketing and brand managementSupply chain and procurement operationsProduct catalogue or content managementEssential Skills & CompetenciesTechnical Proficiency
