Sr. Executive Assistant
Description We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Executive Assistant to provide exceptional support to the Chief Executive Officer at a prominent financial services firm in Detroit, Michigan. This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual who can efficiently handle administrative tasks, manage complex schedules, and coordinate projects in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational abilities, strong communication skills, and the ability to maintain discretion while managing multiple priorities. Responsibilities: • Deliver high-level administrative support, including drafting speeches, talking points, correspondence, and briefing materials. • Coordinate the preparation for meetings and events, attend select high-level meetings, and ensure timely follow-up on action items. • Manage invitations, track engagements for external events, and oversee relationship-related activities as directed. • Maintain executive profiles, collaborate with internal teams, and respond to approved information requests. • Anticipate needs for meetings and travel while facilitating seamless information flow across departments. • Assist in special projects and provide general office support as required. • Oversee calendar management, prioritize tasks, and organize travel logistics with sound judgment. • Process expense reports and manage reimbursements efficiently. • Prepare and update presentations and materials for executive review. • Provide comprehensive administrative and office support to ensure smooth daily operations Requirements • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word and PowerPoint. • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a high level of discretion and attention to detail. • Proven ability to manage projects, organize tasks, and follow through effectively. • Strong attention to detail coupled with excellent time management and problem-solving abilities. • Ability to remain composed and deliver results under pressure. • Minimum of 10 years of experience providing support to senior-level or C-suite executives, preferably in the financial services sector. • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience. • Expertise in calendar management, travel arrangements, event coordination, meeting preparation, and handling expense reports.
