Description We are looking for a highly skilled Sr. Executive Assistant to support senior leadership in a dynamic non-profit organization. This is a contract position based in Richmond, Virginia, offering an exciting opportunity to manage critical executive operations while maintaining confidentiality and attention to detail. The role demands exceptional organizational skills, proactive problem-solving, and the ability to balance multiple priorities effectively.
Responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary point of contact between senior executives and internal or external stakeholders, ensuring clear and precise communication.
• Manage daily schedules for executives, prioritizing meetings, appointments, and other commitments.
• Prepare, review, and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other important documents.
• Coordinate complex travel plans, including itineraries and logistics, while monitoring and addressing changes promptly.
• Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and provide advice on urgent matters.
• Organize and oversee team operations, including arranging special events, off-site meetings, and departmental activities.
• Collaborate with executives to align administrative support with strategic goals and priorities.
• Conduct research and compile relevant information to assist in decision-making processes.
• Streamline workflows and administrative processes to improve overall efficiency. Requirements • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior leadership in a detail-oriented environment.
• Advanced skills in calendar management and coordinating travel arrangements.
• Strong proficiency in preparing and editing detailed reports, presentations, and documentation.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with a high level of discretion and confidentiality.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with diverse stakeholders.
• Proactive problem-solving abilities and a track record of improving administrative processes.
