Description
The Senior Executive Assistant is responsible for providing strategic and administrative support to senior executives in a professional and polished manner. This role requires a proactive individual who excels at multitasking, has superior organizational skills, and demonstrates excellent judgment in a confidential, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Executive Support: Manage and coordinate complex calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements for senior executives, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
+ Communication Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact between the executives and internal/external stakeholders, maintaining professionalism and discretion at all times.
+ Meeting Preparation: Prepare agendas, presentations, and materials for meetings. Take comprehensive meeting notes and follow up on action items as required.
+ Project Management: Lead and manage special projects as assigned, ensuring deadlines and project goals are met.
+ Document Management: Draft, proofread, and edit documents, correspondence, and reports with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
+ Expense Management: Handle expense reporting and reconciliation in compliance with company policies and deadlines.
+ Problem Solving: Address and resolve administrative issues and challenges as they arise, with a focus on efficiency and continuous improvement.
+ Event Coordination: Organize and manage corporate events, meetings, and team activities as needed.
Requirements
Qualifications:
+ Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Senior Executive Assistant, or in a similar role supporting C-level executives.
+ Education: Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent work experience.
+ Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and familiarity with scheduling tools and project management software.
+ Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with great attention to detail.
+ Organizational Skills: Strong ability to prioritize, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and remain composed under pressure.
+ Professionalism: Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity and discretion.
+ Problem Solving: A proactive approach to identifying and resolving challenges with minimal supervision.
+ Flexibility: Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and work outside standard business hours if needed.
