Description We are looking for a highly organized and experienced Senior Executive Assistant to provide top-tier administrative support to senior leaders in our organization. This Contract position requires someone with exceptional communication skills, the ability to manage complex schedules, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Based in Bentonville, Arkansas, this role is ideal for an individual who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
• Provide dedicated administrative support to senior executives, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and appointment scheduling.
• Act as a central point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring clear and timely communication.
• Prepare, edit, and proofread high-quality correspondence, presentations, and reports for executive use.
• Organize and manage complex schedules, resolving conflicts and prioritizing tasks across multiple time zones.
• Coordinate meetings, conference calls, and events, preparing agendas and documenting action items as needed.
• Assist with special projects by managing timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful execution.
• Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
• Oversee administrative operations such as expense reporting, office supply management, and workflow optimization.
• Arrange and manage logistics for executive events, including catering and vendor coordination.
• Support the preparation of materials for board meetings and leadership presentations, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Requirements • A minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role supporting senior executives.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and tools like Salesforce, Concur, or similar software.
• Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities, with attention to detail.
• High degree of discretion and emotional intelligence when handling sensitive information.
• Familiarity with tools such as ADP, Cisco Webex Meetings, Kronos, and other timekeeping or communication platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
• Competence in managing conference calls, correspondence, and calendar systems effectively. TalentMatch®
