Sr. Executive Assistant
Description We are looking for a highly skilled and organized Sr. Executive Assistant to join our team on a contract basis in Bridgewater, New Jersey. In this role, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to senior executives, including managing complex schedules, coordinating travel, and preparing critical presentations. This position offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment while supporting the President and other senior leaders during downtime. Responsibilities: • Manage and maintain executive calendars, ensuring seamless scheduling and coordination of meetings and appointments. • Organize and prepare materials for board meetings, including PowerPoint presentations and other documentation. • Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries. • Facilitate effective communication by handling correspondence and coordinating conference calls. • Provide administrative support to the President and senior managers, especially during periods of downtime. • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of tasks and alignment with organizational goals. • Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism. • Assist in managing email communications and prioritizing tasks for executives. • Coordinate logistics for events, meetings, and presentations as required. Requirements • A minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook. • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Demonstrated experience in arranging travel and managing complex schedules. • Ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. • Familiarity with coordinating board meetings and creating well-structured presentations. • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact effectively with senior leadership.
