Description: The State of Michigan has established an enterprise fraud solution using the SAS fraud framework model. The Enterprise Fraud Detection System (EFDS) provides a data analytics product with the stated objective of allowing agency investigators and analysts to conduct real-time ad hoc analysis to identify fraudulent activity. There are currently two agencies using this solution, which are; The Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) and The Unemployment insurance Agency (UIA).The State of Michigan is looking for a Senior Enterprise Solution Integration Architect to: Provide consulting support for the State of Michigan Enterprise Fraud Strategy and Solution 1) Support to Develop & Build a sustainable program 2) Review Program Structure and recommend a “move forward” strategy 3) Work with business, project team and vendor to capture business value metrics and ROI 4) Oversee program delivery to ensure efficiency and agency needs are being met 5) Review implementation methodology, business requirements and project artifacts and recommend improvements 6) Review Operational Support model and recommend improvements Currently this position will work up to 8 hours per week, but The State of Michigan may request additional hours as the enterprise program is expanded.
Skills Required: 5+ years of project management.
Experience Required: 10 + years of experience with large scale and complex IT solution integration. 2) 5+ years of experience as a program manager managing a portfolio of large scale and complex IT projects. 3) 5+ years of experience implementing a data analytics solution to conduct real-time ad hoc analysis to identify fraudulent activity.
Education Required: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field, or equivalent work experience.
Education Preferred: Masters’ degree
