**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated **Infrastructure Engineer** to join our team. This role will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining secure and scalable identity solutions using Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD), with a strong focus on Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and Conditional Access policies. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of modern authentication protocols and a passion for enabling secure, seamless access across the enterprise.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Design and manage identity solutions using Microsoft Entra ID, including hybrid identity configurations.
+ Implement and maintain SSO integrations for SaaS and on-premises applications using SAML, OAuth, and OIDC.
+ Configure and optimize MFA policies to balance security and user experience.
+ Develop and enforce Conditional Access policies based on risk, device compliance, and user context.
+ Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and application teams to align identity strategy with business needs.
+ Monitor and respond to identity-related incidents and access anomalies.
+ Automate identity lifecycle processes using PowerShell and Microsoft Graph API.
+ Participate in audits and ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
+ Document architecture, configurations, and procedures for operational readiness.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**
+ 5+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management, with a focus on Microsoft Entra ID.
+ Strong knowledge of SSO, MFA, and Conditional Access in enterprise environments.
+ Experience with authentication protocols such as SAML, OAuth2, and OIDC.
+ Expert in PowerShell scripting and automation.
+ Familiarity with Zero Trust architecture and identity governance.
+ Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
+ Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Experience with hybrid identity (on-prem AD + Entra ID).
+ Knowledge of identity governance tools and processes.
+ Exposure to compliance frameworks (e.g., SOX, HIPAA,HiTrust).
