Additionally, the role includes supervising and managing the facility’s Cogeneration System, ensuring its reliable and efficient performance. The individual will also lead the site’s Lean Energy Program, driving initiatives to optimize energy use, reduce operational costs, and support sustainability objectives.Reviews and approves all documentation generated and verifies the accomplishment of them to the company policies.Executes projects, protocols, presentations and other assigned duties related to the area.Reviews changes in specifications (Certification Document Reviews-CDRs) and compliance with local SOP’s.Conducts investigations looking for root causes of non-conformances. Assist the Critical System Engineer in performing all activities related to calibrations, environmental tests, sterilization studies and critical systems compliance with legal, regulatory standards and the operation of the Utilities areaConstant interaction with plant superintendents, facilities engineer and production areas supervisors due to maintenance services planning and building correctionsManage the Lean Energy program and the ISO50001 program of the facilities.
What you'll bringB.S degree in electrical or mechanical engineering. One to three years of experience in facilities/utilities maintenance. Ability to speak and present information effectively before plant groups meetings.Knowledge in how to read and interpret mechanical drawings and P&IDs. Experience with thermal systems and high‑voltage electrical infrastructure is highly desirable and will be considered a strong advantage for candidates.Fluently in English and Spanish languages
