Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or above in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Automation, or related fields, with more than 5 years of experience in electronic hardware development. Experience in BMS circuit design for power tools is preferred. Familiar with core BMS technologies and principles such as lithium battery charge/discharge protection and balancing. Proficient in using hardware design and simulation tools such as Altium Designer and PSpice. Good English reading and writing skills, able to communicate work-related content in English. Strong team spirit and communication skills, proactive, and highly responsible.
Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for the hardware circuit design, schematic, and PCB design of battery management systems (BMS) for power tools. Responsible for the selection, functional verification, and debugging of BMS-related hardware components; prepare relevant design documents, test reports, and technical materials. Participate in the manufacturing of BMS modules by suppliers and the development of related testing equipment. Responsible for tracking the testing plan after the BMS module is installed in the battery pack, promptly resolving technical issues, and providing feasible solutions. Assist in completing safety certification work related to battery pack products. Responsible for the post-maintenance of the company’s mature products and providing cost reduction solutions.
