We boldly go. **Where is the work:** On-Site (5 days) **What will you do:** You will support the commissioning, servicing, troubleshooting, and maintenance of chiller and HVAC systems. Responsibilities include: • Commissioning of chillers and HVAC systems. • Repairing all types of HVAC equipment. • Conducting customer follow-ups and participating in scheduled meetings. • Coordinating with the Service Coordinator for movement planning and parts requirements. • Leading weekly team meetings on safety, site audits, and backlog status. • Updating the Service Manager and Coordinator with monthly plans. • Attending and handling complaints for all models of chillers and low-side equipment. • Performing timely PPM for chillers according to company SOP. • Conducting RCA for failures and sharing findings with the Quality team and FFL. • Ensuring adherence to Trane’s EHS guidelines. • Handling all customer service requirements professionally. • Generating leads during service visits. • Ensuring smooth, timely, and high-quality completion of all service tasks. • Providing daily reports to the office and ASM. • Sharing service reports with the deployer along with parts requirements. • Maintaining a valid driving license for 2-wheeler/4-wheeler. • Ensuring compliance with safety and vehicle audit requirements. • Using MS Office, Internet, and email tools for reporting and documentation. **What you will bring: (Skills & Competencies)** • Strong technical knowledge of chillers and HVAC systems. • Practical hands-on experience in chiller commissioning, repairs, and services. • Ability to work independently and collaborate with service teams. • Strong customer service and communication skills. • Proficiency in MS Office, email, and basic internet usage. • Commitment to safety, quality, and compliance standards.
