Trane is excited to offer an opportunity for a skilled and committed **Service Technician – Chillers & HVAC** to join our team. In this hands-on role, you will: 1. **Work with Advanced HVAC & Chiller Equipment** • Commission and repair chillers and HVAC systems across customer sites. 2. **Develop Strong Technical Expertise** • Apply practical experience in chiller installation, warranty service, AMC servicing, troubleshooting, and maintenance. 3. **Engage Directly with Customers** • Conduct customer follow-ups and scheduled meetings to ensure satisfaction and service continuity. 4. **Support Team Coordination & Field Operations** • Work with the Service Coordinator to manage manpower movement, plan parts requirements, and support daily operations. 5. **Drive Safety, Quality & Compliance** • Participate in weekly team meetings, ensure adherence to EHS guidelines, and maintain accurate reporting and documentation. **Thrive at work and at home:** • Inclusive Wellbeing Program supporting physical, emotional, social, and financial wellbeing. • Ongoing learning and development opportunities, including certification reimbursement. • A sense of community through Employee Resource Groups. • Eight paid volunteer hours per year to support causes important to you. • The Helping Hands Fund to support employees experiencing unexpected financial hardship. **Where is the work:** **Hyderabad** **What will you do:** You will support the commissioning, servicing, troubleshooting, and maintenance of chiller and HVAC systems. Responsibilities include: • Commissioning of chillers and HVAC systems. • Repairing all types of HVAC equipment. • Conducting customer follow-ups and participating in scheduled meetings. • Coordinating with the Service Coordinator for movement planning and parts requirements. • Leading weekly team meetings on safety, site audits, and backlog status. • Updating the Service Manager and Coordinator with monthly plans. • Attending and handling complaints for all models of chillers and low-side equipment. • Performing timely PPM for chillers according to company SOP. • Conducting RCA for failures and sharing findings with the Quality team and FFL. • Ensuring adherence to Trane’s EHS guidelines. • Handling all customer service requirements professionally. • Generating leads during service visits. • Ensuring smooth, timely, and high-quality completion of all service tasks. • Providing daily reports to the office and ASM. • Sharing service reports with the deployer along with parts requirements. • Maintaining a valid driving license for 2-wheeler/4-wheeler. • Ensuring compliance with safety and vehicle audit requirements. • Using MS Office, Internet, and email tools for reporting and documentation. **What you will bring: (Skills & Competencies)** • Strong technical knowledge of chillers and HVAC systems. • Practical hands-on experience in chiller commissioning, repairs, and services. • Ability to work independently and collaborate with service teams. • Strong customer service and communication skills. • Proficiency in MS Office, email, and basic internet usage. • Commitment to safety, quality, and compliance standards. **Qualifications:** • Graduation, Diploma, or ITI in Mechanical, R&AC, Electrical, or Electronics. • Minimum **5+ years** of on-site experience working on chillers. • Strong technical knowledge of chiller equipment. **Equal Employment Opportunity:** We offer competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits and programs.
