Trane is excited to offer an opportunity for a talented and committed professional to join us as a **Service Technician – Chillers & HVAC** . Your responsibilities include: • Commissioning of chillers and HVAC systems. • Repairing all types of HVAC equipment. • Conducting customer follow-ups and participating in scheduled meetings. • Coordinating with the Service Coordinator for manpower needs, scheduling, and parts requirements. • Participating in weekly team meetings on safety, site audits, and backlog updates. • Updating the Service Manager and Coordinator on monthly plans and progress. • Handling all models of chillers and low-side equipment in accordance with company guidelines. • Performing timely PPM activities for chillers as per company SOPs. • Conducting root-cause analysis (RCA) for failures and sharing insights with the Quality team and FFL. • Ensuring adherence to Trane’s EHS policies at all times. • Managing all customer service requests professionally and efficiently. • Generating service leads during customer interactions. • Ensuring timely, smooth, and high-quality completion of service tasks. • Providing daily reports to the office and ASM. • Sharing service reports with the deployer, including parts requirements. • Maintaining a valid 4-wheeler/2-wheeler driving license. • Ensuring full compliance with safety and vehicle audit requirements. • Applying hands-on experience in chiller installation, warranty work, and AMC services. • Using MS Office, email, and internet applications for service reporting and communication. **What you will bring: (Skills & Competencies)** • Strong technical knowledge of chillers and HVAC equipment. • Hands-on expertise in commissioning, servicing, and troubleshooting chiller systems. • Proficiency in MS Office, email, and basic internet applications. • Strong customer service mindset and communication skills. • Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with team members. • Commitment to safety, documentation accuracy, and high-quality service outcomes. **Qualification:** • Minimum Graduation, Diploma, or ITI in Mechanical, R&AC, Electrical, or Electronics. • Minimum **5+ years** of on-site experience working with chillers. • Strong technical understanding and practical experience with chiller systems. **Equal Employment Opportunity:** We offer competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits and programs.
