Job Description

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join the DSA team to ensure all customer’s orders are properly handled in an accurate and timely manner.  By listening to customers and working together with fellow team members, you have the chance and responsibility to take on intriguing problems.  You understand that process adherence to established procedures is important but also take approaches to tackle new and interesting problems to support your team.


Responsibilities:
1.    Get a realistic view of the team's capacity and how much they can get done within their working hours

2.    Share your vision and set clear goals.  Communicate with staff members and encourage teamwork as well as lead improvements to processes

3.    Actively listen to what is happening around you and openly communicate with the team to solve any issues or conflicts

4.    Act as a role model within the team and perform all processes in accordance with established cGMP procedures

5.    Provide the support for internal/external audit preparation 

6.    Assist management in any other matters as required


Logistics : Lead and supervise the following activities:
1)    Process all shipping orders in a timely manner  
2)    Complete the pick-list according to project instructions
3)    Prepare relevant documents according to country requirements and client instructions 
4)    Complete documentation and update computer systems appropriately and correctly 

Minimum Qualifications:
Education/Qualification
Bachelor Degree or equivalent 

Experiences
Administration in Logistics/Warehousing industry for 3 years or more 

Ability/Skills
1.    You must be customer-focused and a fast learner
2.    You must be excellent with numbers, a good creative problem solver and bring a positive, optimistic, energized self to work.
3.    You must be able to communicate effectively with management and other departments
4.    You are able to solve problems and manage conflicts
5.    Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
6.    Required to read and write in English and be capable of basic English communication
