YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 

With a customer and product-centric philosophy and perspective, identify business opportunities, formulate and implement business strategies, and transform them into team tasks to ensure the achievement of business objectives.Establish individual goals for Medical Representatives in alignment with business strategies and objectives and monitor progress towards them. As a VACC leader, provide coaching and support.Collaborate with market access-related departments to promote and accelerate product accessibility.Recruit and develop qualified personnel in cooperation with HR.Based on product tracking and forecasts, allocate resources and control costs effectively.Manage complaints and processes through effective problem solving, execution, administration, and resource management.Conduct performance management and development dialogues with subordinates; improve employees’ performance and engagement by coaching; execute performance improvement plans when necessary.Ensure compliance of all activities carried out in the team, provide regular compliance updates and training to subordinates, and ensure that actions are aligned with Bayer’s culture and values.

 

WHO YOU ARE

 

Education: University degree, preferably in the field of clinical medicine or pharmacy or equivalent qualification.Experience: At least two years (+/-) of sales management experience within the medical industry.Knowledge & Skills:Market Insights: Ability to conduct market research, identify potential customers, and business opportunities.Outcome-Oriented: Ability to define aspirational goals, drive, and deliver quality outcomes consistently. Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.Team Management: Experience in team building and management, capable of motivating the team to achieve goals.Communication and Collaboration Skills: Good communication and collaboration skills, ability to connect with customers and stakeholders at all levels, drive collaboration, and achieve business goals.Strong resilience and learning agility.
