Responsibilities As a Director of Infrastructure Engineering, this Partner is accountable for the design, development, budget, and maintenance of reliable, scalable, and secure hosting platforms for use by Digital and all other value chains within H-E-B. The successful candidate should have demonstrable experience in successfully leading teams that work in both Operational and Software Engineering roles. This leader must be a curious problem solver and must encourage themselves and others to approach all efforts with an SRE (Site Reliability Engineering) mindset. The Director will be responsible for performance optimizations, major incident response and follow-through, capacity planning, and the golden signals* of our hosting products to ensure they meet the needs of our internal stakeholders.
