As a Sales Director F&I Mexico, you will be responsible to achieve sales and profitability for the segments of Brewery, Carbonates, Beverages, Confectionary, Honey Producers, Industrial, Pharma, Home & Personal Care, Distributors & Inside Sales. Is also responsible for the optimization on Sales and assets usage (on the Commercial side) for the Product Management function.
Your role will be:
Drive commercial excellence through product management—maximizing sales, optimizing channel use, and aligning production planning.Define and execute pricing and contracting strategies in collaboration with finance and pricing teams.Cultivate strong, lasting relationships with key customers by anticipating and meeting their evolving needs.Contribute to the strategic roadmap of the Mexico business through deep market insights and forecasting.Manage and grow a high-performing sales team, coaching them to meet KPIs and professional standards.Your profile needs these qualifications:
Degree in Chemical, Food Science, Industrial Engineering or related field, plus an MBA or similar graduate degree.8+ years of B2B sales leadership experience in Food & Industrial sectors.Fluency in English (written and spoken).You’ll need these skills to be successful:
