**Responsibilities**
Oversee payer revenue strategy and contracting for one or more assigned markets or strategic business segments.
+ **Develop Payer Strategy:** Develop a comprehensive payer revenue strategy and execute that strategy through contracting with payers across assigned geographic market(s), transforming high-level goals into market-specific results.
+ **Lead the Negotiation:** Serve as the primary negotiator in high-stakes payer discussions, securing agreements that protect and grow our financial and clinical interests.
+ **Master the Market:** Develop a deep, “boots on the ground” understanding of your assigned market’s competitive landscape, payer dynamics and our delivery footprint.
+ **Integrate Business Vision:** Bridge the gap between contracting and operations by aligning payer strategies with long-term business plans and organizational growth objectives.
+ **Drive Financial Performance:** Take full accountability for the bottom line by monitoring payer net revenue performance and collaborate with cross-functional teams to exceed budget targets for payer lifts and revenue growth.
**Requirements**
Education:
+ High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 3 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management.

The ideal candidate should be a master of prioritization, capable of managing high-stakes market demands while delegating effectively to ensure that financial goals are met with precision.
