Sr. Director, National KA

Key Responsibilities:

1. KA Team Development & Leadership

Formulate KA team development strategies to drive a competitive and industry-leading team.

Establish a KA core competency model and implement mid- and long-term training plans.

Develop and execute reward and performance assessment mechanisms to enhance team motivation.

Oversee team building initiatives and manage budgets effectively.

2. Strategic Collaboration with Hospital Key Accounts

Define clear strategies and objectives for collaboration with hospital KAs.

Work cross-functionally to assess internal and external KA requirements and design strategic partnership platforms.

Advocate for hospital management's understanding and adoption of relevant policies and products to enhance hospital access.

3. Hospital Access Strategy Development & Execution

Establish mid- and long-term hospital access goals, ensuring efficient execution.

Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to identify target hospitals and allocate hospital access goals.

Develop incentive policies and dynamic assessment indicators to drive goal achievement.

Provide guidance and training on non-target hospital product access while managing hospital access bonus policies and budget allocations.

4. Hospital Security Operations & Policy Management

Monitor and assess government policy trends impacting hospital operations.

Work with cross-functional teams to define annual hospital security operations goals and action plans.

Optimize the hospital access environment through strategic collaboration and problem-solving.

Support the sales team in addressing operational challenges within non-target hospitals.

5. Cross-functional Collaboration & Access Optimization

Strengthen communication mechanisms between departments to enhance hospital access initiatives.

Facilitate discussions on policies and product value with hospital stakeholders, including management, insurance departments, and pharmacies.

Support hospital access for additional products within the NRDL, PRDL, bidding, and pricing negotiations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or higher in Medical, Marketing, or Management.

At least 10 years of experience in pharmaceutical business, with a minimum of 5 years in KA/MA roles; team management experience preferred.

In-depth knowledge of hospital management systems, hospital access processes, and criteria.

Strong expertise in marketing, sales management, and strategic regional/national business planning.

Exceptional communication skills in both Chinese and English.

Proven ability in strategic thinking, execution, and results-driven leadership.

Strong problem-solving skills to handle complex challenges.
