Support and suggest corrective actions to solve quality internal and external problems. + Support operations and manufacturing processes to ensure compliance with engineering and quality standards. + Creativity to develop innovative solutions and optimize tool designs for performance and efficiency. + Analysis, conceptualization, and execution of continuous improvement. **Qualifications You Must Have:** + Professional degree: Mechanical Eng, Aerospace Eng, or related. + +5 years of experience in the aerospace industry designing tools. + English spoken and written (90% advanced). + Proficiency in CAD software for creating detailed designs (CATIA V5). + Knowledge in Composites layup process, sheet metal fabrication and mechanical assemblies. + Knowledge in GD&T for precise dimensioning for tool design components. + Extensive knowledge on standard hardware selection. Experience in complex models/drawings interpretation. + MS Office.
