**Primary Function** + Responsible for demand planning for reagents and other required items. Evaluate and monitor forecast accuracy. Supply risk identification and mitigation. Inventory management activities. Purchasing activities. **Role Description** + Responsible for demand planning for reagents and required items on monthly basis. + Full participation on company S&OP activities by working with domestic and global stakeholders. + Preform monthly demand forecast. + Monitor the forecast accuracy and regularly update the root cause of accuracy excursion with follow up actions. + Set up safety stock, monitor the inventory level. + Write Off, short shelf life stock mitigation. + Purchasing activities to inter company, overseas and local suppliers. + Follow up the shipment on time arrive. Tracking overdue POs. + Other tasks assigned by line manager **REQUIREMENTS:** + Bachelor’s degree and above + Mathematics, Statistics or English education background preferred + 3 years working experience overall demand/supply planning in IVD or MD Industry + Excellent excel skill, other advanced data analysis skills preferred + Patient, desire to follow up detailed matter, high sensitivity on the data and calculation + Can work under pressure + Good communication skills + Fluent English in speaking and writing is a MUST An Equal Opportunity Employer Abbot welcomes and encourages diversity in our workforce.
