This role requires a strong understanding of data integration, SAP systems, Power BI, Python, and SQL. **How you will contribute:** **Data Analysis and Integration:** + Collect, clean, and analyze data from various sources, including SAP and other internal databases. + Develop and maintain data integration processes to ensure data quality and consistency. + Identify and troubleshoot data discrepancies. **System Analysis and Support:** + Analyze existing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement. + Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to design and implement new solutions. + Provide technical support and training to users. **Reporting and Visualization:** + Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs). + Present data insights and recommendations to stakeholders. **Programming and Scripting:** + Utilize Python and SQL to automate data analysis and reporting tasks. + Develop and maintain scripts for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes. **SAP Support:** + Work with SAP data and systems to extract relevant information. + Understand SAP data structures and tables. **What you will bring** A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge: + Relevant experience in IT and sales + Knowledge of sales processes and systems + Facilitation skills to demonstrate use and functionality of sales systems + Problem-solving skills **Qualifications:** **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field. **Experience:** * Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Data and System Analyst or in a similar role. * Proven experience with data integration techniques and tools. * Experience with SAP systems and data structures. **Technical Skills:** * Proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation. * Strong programming skills in Python for data analysis and automation. * Experience with Power BI for data visualization and reporting. * Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes. **Soft Skills:** * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Ability to present technical information to non-technical audiences.
