Position Purpose:
The Sr. Product Manager for Orange Apron Media (OAM) is responsible for driving the design, delivery, and adoption of data products that power media sales, planning, activation, measurement, and optimization. This role bridges business needs with technical execution, ensuring our data products are scalable, reliable, and aligned with OAM’s strategic growth objectives. They will collaborate with engineering, analytics, operations, and business stakeholders to define product requirements, manage backlogs, and deliver high-value features that enable internal teams and partners to build, measure, and optimize retail media campaigns effectively.
This position requires a strong blend of customer-back, user-centric design, product thinking, and technical acumen to deliver data products that are foundational to OAM’s media ecosystem.

Physical Requirements:
Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.
Working Conditions:
Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.

3-6 years of relevant work experienceExperience working as a Product Manager in a modern software development based enterprise environmentDemonstrated experience with modern software development product management practices and agile methodologies, specifically the extreme programming (XP) principles of paired programming, test driven development, and continuous deploymentProven ability to deliver customer-back, user-centric data products that solve real business problems and drive adoption.Experience translating business objectives into clear product roadmaps, backlogs, and requirements.Strong communication skills to explain technical data concepts to non-technical stakeholders and leaders.Ability to create first-class artifacts including clear documentation, executive-ready presentations, and other product deliverables, that drive alignment and adoption.Ability to manage and prioritize work in a matrixed, cross-functional environment, balancing short-term needs with strategic investments.Experience identifying goals, metrics and analytics to measure product valueStrong understanding of data modeling, pipelines, and quality concepts to ensure data products are trusted and reliable.Ability to partner with data engineering and analytics teams to deliver end-to-end data solutions, from ingestion to reporting or activation.Comfort working with SQL, APIs, or other tools to validate data and guide requirements.Understanding of retail media or digital media ecosystems, including ad servers, DSPs, audience segmentation, campaign metadata, and performance measurement.Experience supporting media planning, activation, or measurement workflows.Exposure to marketing attribution, incrementality testing, or campaign optimization is a plus.
