JOB SCOPE:
The Sr. Data & Integration Architect, HCM serves as the senior technical authority for Workday integrations, advanced reporting, and analytics. This role is responsible for architecting, developing, and optimizing a scalable and secure data ecosystem that supports enterprise HCM, Payroll, and Financials needs. The position partners closely with functional leaders and executive stakeholders to translate business strategy into robust technical solutions.

JOB SUMMARY:
The Sr. Data & Integration Architect, HCM leads the design and delivery of complex integrations and advanced analytics solutions within the Workday platform. This role bridges functional requirements and technical execution, ensuring high performance, data integrity, and long-term scalability. The architect plays a critical role in defining the Workday technical roadmap and driving adoption of new Workday capabilities.
