Here’s more of what you’ll get to do:

Develop and deliver statistical analyses to evaluate business scenarios, run A/B tests, and recommend strategies that optimize business investments.Monitor existing metrics, design new performance measures, and identify opportunities for process and system improvements.Take ownership of recurring reports, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and business relevance.Partner with the Marketing and Cake Rewards teams to analyze campaign performance and provide recommendations for future initiatives.Interpret disparate datasets and communicate findings in a clear and actionable way for non-technical stakeholders.
What we require:

Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, Data Science, Economics, Mathematics, or Finance.Minimum of 3 years of experience in data science, business intelligence, or economic modeling (preferably in the restaurant or hospitality industry).Strong technical skills in data analysis and statistical modeling, including A/B testing, segmentation, linear/nonlinear regressions, and related methods.Experience working with large datasets and data warehouses.High proficiency in Excel and experience with programming languages such as SQL and R.Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain technical analysis to non-technical audiences.Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.A proactive mindset with a strong curiosity to identify opportunities through data and continuously improve performance.

 

What we prefer:

Master’s Degree in Statistics, Data Science, Economics, Mathematics, or Finance.Experience in the full-service restaurant or hospitality industry.Familiarity with tools and technologies such as Python, Tableau, GA4, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, SessionM, BigQuery, and Azure environments.
