Sr. Data Entry & Analysis Specialist
Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Sr. Data Entry Specialist to join our team on a contract basis in Albany, New York. This role focuses on managing and analyzing maintenance schedule data for various equipment and assets, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and a commitment to maintaining data integrity while working closely with technical and quality teams. Responsibilities: • Review and interpret technical documentation and equipment manuals to extract relevant maintenance schedules and procedures. • Accurately input maintenance procedures and intervals into designated systems with precision. • Analyze maintenance and inspection data to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and alignment with operational needs. • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for real-time data insights. • Ensure confidentiality and integrity of sensitive and proprietary information. • Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and close performance gaps. • Support predictive analytics initiatives to forecast equipment reliability and maintenance needs. • Present findings and actionable insights to leadership through clear visualizations and reports. • Maintain meticulous documentation and records to support compliance and operational standards. Requirements • Minimum of 3 years of experience in data entry and analysis roles. • Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or advanced Excel. • Strong attention to detail with the ability to ensure data accuracy and confidentiality. • Familiarity with equipment maintenance processes and technical documentation. • Proven ability to interpret complex datasets and translate them into actionable insights. • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. • Experience with maintenance platforms and systems is preferred. • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
