Design, develop, and build data lakes, data warehouses, data infrastructure, data pipelines (ETL/ELT), and data modelsAutomate the ingestion, delivery, processing, and quality, of structured and unstructured dataSupport and maintain system infrastructure, IAM policies and adhere to corporate security standardsSupport and maintain system networkBring your expertise in Amazon Web Services cloud solutions, architecture, related technologies, and their interdependenciesResearch, analyze, recommend, and select technical approaches for solving difficult and meaningful development and integration problemsLearn and embrace new tools and techniques to increase performance, automation, and scalabilityUnderstand business goals and drivers and translate those into an appropriate technical solution

What You Will Bring:

You bring 2-5 years of data engineering and/or data warehousing experienceYou have 2-5 years of experience building AWS cloud data solutionsProficient in designing and deploying data pipelines for ingest and transformationYou have strong communication skills and can translate technology to business and vice versaYou're a strong analytical problem-solverYou're a self-starter who has the ability to work independently or as part of a project teamProficient in minimum 5 of the following:Relevant ETL/ELT tool for data & analytics platforms (e.g. DBT)Data modeling and storage practices for data lakes, big data applications, data warehouses, data marts, and OLAP servicesAgile development methodologies including DevOps and DataOps conceptsRelevant programming language for cloud platforms (e.g. Python and YAML)SQL for data profiling and transformationVersion control platforms like GitIaaC (e.g. CloudFormation)Networking (VPC infrastructure and configuration: Subnets, Security Groups, Route Tables)AWS services supporting data architecture: Lambda, RDS, Step Functions, EventBridge, ECS
