Job Description We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst with strong experience supporting enterprise data discovery programs and translating large volumes of discovery findings into prioritized, actionable outcomes. This highly analytical and action‑oriented role focuses on interpreting complex discovery reports, applying privacy and regulatory context, and driving next steps across the organization. The Senior Data Analyst will own the analysis of discovery outputs—running and monitoring scans as needed, validating results, and determining what findings matter most versus those that can be monitored or deferred. This role requires sound judgment when evaluating findings against local, regional, and jurisdictional privacy regulations, ensuring critical risks are addressed without creating unnecessary noise. The individual will take ownership of findings by leading prioritization, escalation, remediation discussions, and cross‑functional collaboration with privacy, legal, security, and data teams, while delivering deep analytical reporting that surfaces trends, risk indicators, and clear, actionable insights for stakeholders and leadership. Skills and Requirements •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field -5+ years of experience in data analytics, with a strong emphasis on analysis, reporting, and insight generation -2–3 years of hands on experience supporting data discovery programs, data scanning, or similar data governance/security initiatives -5+ years of experience working with privacy related data, including sensitivity to regulatory, compliance, and data protection considerations -Proven ability to work with large, complex datasets and reports and translate them into actionable outcomes -Strong understanding of how data discovery findings are used in real world enterprise environments -Experience applying judgment to determine what findings require action and what does not
