**About the role:** As a **Sr. D365 Business Analyst** , you will make an impact by leading the analysis, design, and optimization of CRM solutions. You will be a valued member of the Cloud, Infrastructure, and Security Services Practice team and work collaboratively with the CIS Practice leaders. **In this role, you will:** + Collaborate with collaborators to capture requirements in the form of Epics, features & user stories + Negotiating with business to keep the out of the box functionality as opposed to customizing the application + Running workshops, creating a clear list of action items and documenting business processes using process flows, functional diagrams + Capturing roles & responsibility, data visibility and security specific requirements within the context of D365. + Write functional as well as integration of user stories. **Work model:** We strive to provide flexibility wherever possible. Rest assured; we will always be clear about role expectations. **What you need to have to be considered** + 10+ years of experience working on: + Requirements gathering. + Process & functional flow. + Epics. + Features & user stories creation. + Experienced in conducting workshops with Business & IT collaborators, detailing the outcome, and facilitating achieving a desired result. + Deep functional expertise in D365 CE modules, including Customer Service, Field Service. + Understanding of How D365 integrates with external sources and third-party apps. **These will help you stand out:** + Understanding and experience of Agile methodology implementing it using Jira or DevOps studio. + Experience in working in multi-vendor, multi-Geo teams especially onsite – Offshore delivery model. The annual salary for this position is between $ 79,240 - $ 150,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
