This role maintains databases, makes recommendations to management for customer issue prevention and the sales team to identify sales opportunities. Makes updates to procedures to ensure the improvement of Customer Service processes. **Key Responsibilities** + Develop and maintain positive relationships with Strategic Account customers by serving as the primary point of contact + Lead customer account management, including equipment ordering, inventory management and shipment coordination + Responsible for Carrier and vendor equipment scheduling and order management + Partner with sales organization to facilitate order fulfillment by reviewing orders, customer documentation, and job-site follow-up + Forecast and track key account metrics through our sales tracking process + Manage, update and troubleshoot customer system requirements + Provide an interface with the finance department by managing collections and resolving payment disputes + Prepare order reports, invoices, and warranty registration + File freight claims for direct sale customers + Receive customer purchase orders, match to quotes, and verify terms and conditions + New customer set-up **Basic Qualifications** + High School Diploma or GED + 2+ Years of Customer Service or Customer Facing Experience in an Office Setting **Preferred Qualifications** + Bachelor’s Degree + Knowledge of SAP, Salesforce and Microsoft Office + Knowledge of HVAC products and marketing processes is highly desired + A strong work ethic, which includes positivity, sense of responsibility, integrity, accountability, sense of urgency, self-initiative, dedication, intellectual curiosity, and sense of ownership. \#LI-Hybrid RSRCAR Pay Range: $63,500.00-$111,500.00 **_Carrier is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
