For Those Who Work At Home, OhioJob SummaryThe Sr. Risk Analyst is part of the First Line Credit Risk team within the Commercial Bank, responsible for managing and executing credit risk governance, supporting strategy initiatives, and enabling sound, fast-paced business growth. This role involves developing and implementing risk frameworks, maintaining oversight and reporting, and understanding regulatory and industry impacts. The ideal candidate will influence stakeholders, build insightful reporting, and collaborate across teams to enhance portfolio analytics and risk management.
Essential FunctionsSupport and enhance credit risk governance through reporting, KPIs, benchmarking, and performance monitoringConduct high-risk client reviews and participate in cross-functional product and risk forumsManage credit, operational, and AML/compliance risk across product and client portfoliosDevelop and deliver training to promote enterprise risk awareness and escalation processesCollaborate with internal and external partners to refine credit risk strategiesCreate scorecards and ongoing portfolio reportingConduct industry research and support lending strategy through analyticsBuild understanding of credit risk frameworks across the Commercial BankEducationBachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Data Sciences, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or Mathematics.Work ExperienceMinimum 2 years of experience in business analytics, financial modeling, strategy, or consulting.Certifications & LicensesPreferred: Risk certifications such as CAMS (Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist)SkillsCredit Risk Expertise – Understanding of credit, operational, and compliance riskData Analysis – Proficient in Excel, Tableau, and data visualizationStrategic Thinking – Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsEffective Communication – Clear and concise in presentations and reportingProject Management – Experience managing risk-related initiativesCollaboration – Builds strong relationships across teamsRegulatory Awareness – Knowledge of industry standards and complianceTech Proficiency – Skilled in SharePoint, Salesforce, and nCinoAdaptability – Quick learner with curiosity and flexibilityDetail-Oriented – High accuracy, quality, and execution speedPhysical DemandsGeneral office environment: Prolonged sitting, ability to communicate face-to-face in person or on the phone with teammates and clients, frequent use of PC/laptop, occasional lifting/pushing/pulling of backpacks, computer bags up to 10 lbs.Travel/Driving RequirementsTravel and driving requirements not specified; assumed minimal or as needed for business purposes.Key has implemented a role-based Mobile by Design approach to our employee workspaces, dedicating space to those whose roles require specific workspaces, while providing flexible options for roles which are less dependent on assigned workspaces and can be performed effectively in a mobile environment. COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $90,000 to $100,000 annually depending on location and job-related factors such as level of experience. Compensation for this role also includes eligibility for short-term incentive compensation and deferred incentive compensation subject to individual and company performance.
