**Overview**
Microsoft’s Consumer Marketing Organization’s Social Marketing team is revolutionizing the art of storytelling in the age of AI. We are seeking a Sr. Creator Programs Manager to design and operationalize scalable creator programs that connect the right storytellers to the right moments, delivering authentic content, efficient execution, and breakthrough results.
As Sr. Creator Programs Manager you’ll be the strategic and executional owner of creator programs that power the Microsoft Creator Portal and Creator Network for consumer marketing. This role designs repeatable, scalable, and equitable creator opportunities that enable thousands of creators to discover, engage, and collaborate with Microsoft across consumer product categories.
You will architect the systems, frameworks, and experience models that transform the Creator Portal from a discovery tool into a full funnel opportunity engine, one that deepens creator relationships through help, exclusivity, access, opportunity, and mutually beneficial value exchange.

**Responsibilities**
+ Develop and evolve the Microsoft Creator Program strategy to scale repeatable, equitable creator opportunities across categories, aligning with business and Consumer Social priorities.
+ Translate creator insights, platform shifts (shortform video, livestreaming, AI assisted creation), and emerging creator economy behaviors into adaptable, future ready program frameworks.
+ Build full funnel program plans including objectives, content strategy, key performance indicators (KPIs), forecasting, and reporting models that improve program efficiency and measurable impact.
+ Design and operationalize cost-effective partnership models that deliver creator value through access, exclusivity, education, community, and opportunities that help creators grow their businesses.
+ Lead end-to-end creator pipeline management: vetting, sourcing, outreach, cohort selection, and rate/budget development across creator tiers, niches, and emerging segments.
+ Ensure Microsoft’s creator cohorts reflect platform trends and market needs, including niche community leaders, subject matter experts, and rising creator founders seeking deeper strategic partnerships.
+ Drive creator ideation, pitching sessions, and cocreation workflows to produce authentic, platform native storytelling aligned with Microsoft’s brand and product priorities.
+ Develop clear and actionable content briefs grounded in platform behavior, creator creativity, and audience insights to maximize performance and resonance.
+ Partner with Product Marketing, Integrated Marketing, Social, Legal, Finance, and agencies to streamline program execution, contracting, brand safety, and content approvals.
+ Create scalable systems, templates, and workflow models that support high-volume creator engagement and reduce operational overhead.
+ Manage deliverables tracking, performance management, and compliance across all creator collaborations to ensure quality and timeliness.
+ Lead program and network reporting (24hour, 72hour, 30day, program level, network level), surfacing insights that inform future planning and contribute to data maturity across the organization.
+ Identify new opportunities that expand Microsoft’s presence across creator ecosystems, emerging platforms, underserved communities, and innovative storytelling formats.
+ Advocate for creator experience improvements across the Microsoft Creator Portal by elevating transparency, fairness, and access as core program principles.
+ Cultivate long-term creator relationships by shifting from one-off campaigns to sustainable, ongoing partnership models.

**Qualifications**
**Required/minimum qualifications**
+ Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Public Relations, or related field AND 3+ years experience in creator marketing, influencer programs, creator partnerships, social media, or related work experience
+ OR equivalent experience.
**Additional or preferred qualifications**
+ Master's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Public Relations, or related field AND 2+ years experience in creator marketing, influencer programs, creator partnerships, social media, or related work experience
+ OR Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Public Relations, or related field AND 5+ years experience in creator marketing, influencer programs, creator partnerships, social media, or related work experience
+ OR equivalent experience.
+ Experience scaling creator programs across multiple tiers, categories, or markets.
+ Experience working directly with creators, creative teams, or agencies to develop platform native content.
+ Experience interpreting performance data, identify insights, and translate learnings into program improvements.
+ Experience collaborating across complex cross functional teams and stakeholder groups.
Integrated Marketing IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $106,400 - $203,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $137,600 - $222,600 per year.
