Summary: Directs and coordinates activities concerned with production of company product(s) by performing the following duties.
Essential Functions:
Confirm and enter new orders.Enter releases and loads.Maintain Customer pricing.Assign board to purchase order driven businessManage sample, proof, and color standard approvals for new/transfer business.Coordinate quality planning sessions on new/transfer business.Collect outstanding balances on accounts receivable.Month-end reporting duties/reports.Call on and enter Customer complaints.Enforce FIFO (First in First Out)Help answer phones and direct calls from Customers.Manage aged inventory.Manage overrun – zero value cartons. (same month as produced)Cross train on all Accounts.Effectively communicate with Customers and Plant at all levels.Responsible for product safety and product quality, and reports product safety and product quality problems to Senior Management or Quality Manager.

Requires excellent written and oral communicationProfessional negotiating and leadership skills are necessaryAbility to hear issues on employee conflicts and solve such issues using a variety of methods and toolsSkilled user of Microsoft OfficeStrong organizational, analytical and project management skillsStrong Customer Service orientation Candidates are required to undergo a drug screening after receiving a conditional job offer, but before starting employment.
