The Opportunity:
CACI is seeking a Senior Contracts Systems & Reporting Analyst to lead the functional management and process optimization of CACI’s Microsoft Dynamics Contracts Lifecycle Management (CLM) system. This role supports contract and subcontract teams by ensuring data accuracy, identifying opportunities for process improvement, and delivering insights that inform decision-making. The Analyst will support contract operations by managing the integrity of contract data, leading process enhancements, and generating strategic reporting and dashboards for leadership. As a functional liaison between the Contracts organization and technical support teams, this individual will ensure the CLM system meets business needs and facilitates efficiency, compliance, and visibility throughout the contract lifecycle. A forward-thinking mindset is essential, with the ability to evaluate and integrate emerging technologies, such as AI, to improve automation, reporting accuracy, and user adoption across the enterprise.
The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of contract lifecycle processes and reporting tools, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across teams to streamline workflows and support informed decision-making. Candidates should have advanced experience with CLM platforms, MS Dynamics, a thorough knowledge of prime contract structures and terminology, and a demonstrated ability to leverage data to support and improve business strategy.
Must be willing to travel to Reston, VA as needed.
Responsibilities:
• Partner with Contracts and Subcontracts leadership to enhance operational effectiveness through process improvement and data-driven insights.
• Develop and deliver recurring and ad hoc reports and dashboards to support contract oversight, compliance, and strategic decision-making.
• Monitor contract data for completeness, consistency, and accuracy to support reporting and audit readiness.
• Coordinate intake, review, and closeout activities for prime contracts, ensuring smooth workflows and timely execution.
• Work closely with the Contracts team to identify pain points, recommend improvements, and support implementation of process changes.
• Serve as the primary functional point of contact for CLM-related questions and process guidance.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders including Contracts, Subcontracts, Small Business, Compliance, and IT, to communicate functional requirements and support system updates.
• Train team members and end-users on CLM tools, dashboards, and workflow processes to increase system adoption and performance.
• Assist in gathering user feedback and participate in testing and rollout of new features or enhancements led by technical teams.
• Provide contract data and documentation support during internal or external audits.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in contracts plus additional experience in data reporting and business analysis within a contract management environment.
• In-depth understanding of contract lifecycle management principles, workflows, and automation strategies.
• Proven knowledge of prime contract structures, naming conventions, and FAR/DFARS compliance requirements.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with Power BI or other visualization tools is preferred.
• Experience working with CLM or contract tracking systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, or similar).

The proposed salary range for this position is:
