Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly organized and professional Sr. Contract Administrator to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of contract administration, ensuring compliance, and optimizing our contractual relationships.
Develop, review, and negotiate complex contracts with clients, vendors, and partnersManage the entire contract lifecycle, from initiation to closeoutAnalyze contract terms and conditions to identify potential risks and opportunitiesCollaborate with legal, finance, and project management teams to ensure contract complianceMaintain accurate contract records and documentation using contract management softwarePrepare and present contract status reports to senior managementDevelop and implement contract administration policies and proceduresMonitor contract performance and resolve any issues or disputes that ariseConduct regular contract audits to ensure adherence to terms and conditionsStay up-to-date with relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practicesQualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or related field12 years of experience in contract administration, preferably in an international settingProficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office SuiteStrong negotiation skills and ability to handle complex contractual issuesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAnalytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilitiesExceptional attention to detail and organizational skillsProven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectivelyKnowledge of contract law, regulations, and industry-specific contract termsUnderstanding of business and financial principlesProfessional certification in Contract Management (e.g., CCCM, CCMA) preferredExperience with international contracts and legal frameworksAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentFamiliarity with Saudi Arabian business practices and regulations is a plusAdditional InformationAbout AECOM
