**Job Summary** We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Consultant with 9 to 11 years of experience in Networks for a hybrid work model. The ideal candidate will provide expert guidance and support in network solutions ensuring optimal performance and reliability. This role involves day shifts and does not require travel. **Responsibilities** + Provide expert consultation on network design implementation and optimization to ensure high performance and reliability. + Oversee the development and deployment of network solutions ensuring they meet the companys standards and client requirements. + Conduct thorough network assessments and audits to identify potential issues and areas for improvement. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate network solutions with other IT systems and applications. + Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for network configurations processes and procedures. + Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime and ensure seamless operations. + Implement security measures to protect network infrastructure from potential threats and vulnerabilities. + Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to recommend innovative solutions for network enhancements. + Provide training and support to junior team members and clients on network-related topics. + Participate in project planning and management to ensure timely delivery of network solutions. + Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all network-related activities. + Conduct regular reviews and updates of network policies and procedures to maintain best practices. + Collaborate with vendors and service providers to ensure the availability of necessary resources and support. **Qualifications** + Possess a strong background in network design implementation and optimization. + Demonstrate expertise in troubleshooting and resolving network issues. + Have experience with network security measures and protocols. + Show proficiency in using network monitoring and management tools. + Exhibit excellent communication and collaboration skills. + Display the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
