What You’ll Be Doing
As a Senior Consultant, Strategic Engagements & Content in the Enterprise Innovation team, you will be responsible for leading communications and event planning for large-scale, enterprise-level initiatives. You will manage the end-to-end planning and execution of high-profile that have enterprise-wide impact and engage internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and delivering measurable impact. In this role, you will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver events and communications that engage stakeholders across the organization and build our brand of innovation externally. You will be working with enterprise communication teams to develop content for senior level executives and ensure that we are continuing to align with CIBC’s brand and strategy with all of our content.

How You’ll Succeed
Event Leadership – Plan and execute enterprise-level events from start to finish, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and delivering measurable outcomes.
Strategic Communications – Develop and lead the team’s communications strategy, crafting messaging and materials that enhance the visibility and success of initiatives.
Executive-Level Messaging – Create impactful communications for EVP/SVP-level leaders, ensuring alignment with CIBC’s enterprise brand and strategic goals.
Stakeholder Engagement – Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver events and communications that engage stakeholders and build CIBC’s brand of innovation.
Planning and Organization – Effectively manage multiple priorities, balancing event planning, communications, and stakeholder engagement to deliver high-quality results.
Brand Building – Enhance CIBC’s reputation as a leader in innovation through strategic events and communications that resonate internally and externally.
Who You Are
You have 3+ years' experience in event planning and execution at large-scale that aligns with the strategic objectives and deliver measurable impact as well as experience in strategic communications, and stakeholder engagements
You have strong ability to manage end-to-end event planning and execution for corporate initiatives.
You have expertise in crafting executive-level messaging and aligning communications with enterprise brand strategies.
You can demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
You have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels. You excel at developing messaging and materials that engage stakeholders and enhance the visibility of initiatives.
You are Client-Focused. You put clients first, engaging with purpose to deliver exceptional events and communications that meet their needs.
