What You’ll Be Doing 

As a Senior Consultant, Program Strategy in the Enterprise Innovation team you will help advancing how we strategically report and develop the strategy for thought leadership and enterprise programs. You will focus on program strategy, with an emphasis on crafting and delivering clear, compelling visual stories that showcase the priority of  business outcomes, the value of our initiatives, and how we story-tell our data for Enterprise Innovation thought leadership programs.

How You’ll Succeed 

Program level reporting – executive view of different programs, YTD progress toward metrics and create visual presentations that tell the story of the data concisely  

Program Strategy – work with Director to create impactful outcomes for thought leadership programs and enterprise initiatives  

Data Storytelling – manipulate and work with data and insights into relatable, actionable narratives that inform and enable decision-making.  

Strategic Storytelling and Communication – Develop and deliver compelling visual stories that clearly articulate business outcomes and the value of initiatives. Ensure messaging aligns with executive-level expectations and drives strategic decisions.  

Planning and Organization – Effectively manage macro-level objectives, propose and execute plans, and ensure deliverables are met.  

Growth Mindset – Embrace innovation, agility, and change. Leverage visual design principles to communicate effectively and drive thought leadership. 

Who You Are 

You have 3+ years' experience in strategic storytelling, program strategy, and executive-level communication.

You have strong ability to simplify complex concepts and data into actionable insights.  

You have expertise in visual design principles and data visualization tools.  

You can demonstrate ability to manage multiple priorities and deliverables in a fast-paced environment.  

You have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage senior leaders. 

You are a Strategic Thinker. You can demonstrate experience in developing strategies that focus on innovation, client experience, and transformation.  

You are Client-Focused. You put clients first, engaging with purpose to find the right solutions and going the extra mile to deliver value.  

You are Tech-Savvy. You seek out innovative solutions and embrace evolving technologies, adapting quickly to new tools and trends.
