**What You’ll Be Doing**
You’ll be joining **CIBC’s RMG Production Application Support Team** within **Capital Markets, Global Derivatives Technology** group. You will be responsible for providing analysis and second level support on business facing technology issues, technical issues, application & system outages. You will also be responsible for **maintaining production applications and day-to-day operational activities which includes 24 x 7 support** and coordination of recovery efforts, managing escalations and contributing continuous improvement efforts through the creation/maintenance/updating of established team procedures and documentation.

**How You’ll Succeed**
+ **Production Support -** Investigate operational issues, prioritize based on severity, risk and/or strategic business needs and ensure their timely resolution. Manage issue logs, document knowledge articles & requests. Design and implement solutions to prevent recurrence with the end goal of ensuring clients satisfaction.
+ **Partnership –** Working and communication in concert with our business partners, technology partners, senior management team, internal and external clients. Ensuring our partners are well-informed of the issues at hand team mandate, our team’s mandate, relevant policies and legislation changes.
+ **Projects Delivery -** Assess impacts of planned system changes and projects, ensuring compliance with relevant organization standards (Business, Continuity, Security, Compliance, and Privacy); develop and maintain productive relationships with Technology, Development, QA, Project teams and others. Research, analyze and support the development and implementation of new and/or revised policies, procedures, and standards. Investigate, analyze, and provide recommendations on issues and system outages.
**Who You Are**
+ **You can demonstrate experience of at least 3-5 years in 24/7/365 production support of** internal applications, production support preferably within **Capital Markets technology and support** . Experience with SQL, cloud technology ( AWS or Azure). Working knowledge of brokerage products/services, structure, and operations sufficient to apply and adopt standard practice and processes for generally related operational activities **. It is an asset if** you have exposure to **XVA Management and Collateral management systems** and business knowledge considered an asset for this role.
