What You’ll Be Doing
As a Senior Consultant, Design you will be establishing essential design capabilities for the Enterprise Innovation team. You will serve as the creative lead, driving the development of a cohesive visual identity for events, producing video content, and collaborating across Lines of Business (LOBs) for partnered engagements as required. You will play a key role in shaping the creative identity of our team’s initiatives. You will also collaborate with the developer team as needed for technical builds, ensuring seamless integration of design and functionality.

How You’ll Succeed
Creative Capabilities – Establish the design capabilities for the team, ensuring a cohesive and impactful visual identity across all initiatives for events, applications and communications.
Visual Identity Development – Drive the creation of a unified visual identity for events, ensuring consistency and alignment with the bank’s brand.
Video Production – Produce high-quality video content that supports storytelling, engagement, and communication goals.
Technical Collaboration – Work closely with the developer team (as needed) to support technical builds, ensuring UX design and functionality are seamlessly integrated.
Planning and Organization – Effectively manage multiple creative projects, provide clear updates and manage priorities to leadership in an organized manner.
Who You Are
You have 3+ years of proven experience in creative visual identity development and video production (story board planning, scripting, filming, editing).
You have expertise in design tools, video production software, and an understanding of technical builds (Adobe creative suite, Canva, After Effects, Final Cut Pro).
You have demonstrated ability to manage multiple creative projects + deliver updates to leadership in a fast-paced environment.
You have strong ability to collaborate across teams, deliver creative solutions for cross-functional initiatives and ability to engage stakeholders alongside your leaders.
You are skilled at your craft of design. You have a proven track record of leading design initiatives and developing impactful visual identities.
You are Client-Focused. You put clients first, engaging with purpose to deliver creative solutions that meet their needs.
