**What you'll be doing**
As a member of CIBC’s team, the Senior Consultant, Business Systems Analysis will be responsible for providing advice and consultation for business application developments to ensure growth. The role provides technical leadership, interpreting complex information and participating in client business review sessions to influence decisions regarding the use of technology to support objectives.

To successfully perform the work, you’ll be on-site full-time._ _You’ll have the flexibility to manage your work activities within a hybrid work arrangement where you’ll spend 1-3 days per week on-site, while other days will be remote._
**How you'll succeed**
+ **Understanding and Documenting Requirements-** Work closely with business partners to gather complex business requirements and facilitate solution design discussions to ensure you meet project needs. Build strong relationships, lead discussions, listen and ask the right questions to ensure solutions meet requirements. Primarily working with Rates desk but since it is a cross asset risk management platform they will opportunities working on other asset classes as well.
+ **Solution Design-** Build client-focused solutions that meet business requirements. Prepare and validate solution design documents around areas such as scope clarification, solution requirements, and quality assurance.
+ **Leading and Mentoring-** Support end-to-end project implementation as a subject matter expert, and provide guidance to a diverse team of technology and project professionals. Maintain a collaborative work environment and support team members to resolve organizational, operational, and process problems.
**Who you are**
+ **You can demonstrate 5-8 years experience in.** BSA and Engineering background with strong attention to detail on data. Excellent abilities to manage stakeholders and having strong communication skills is a must have. You have strong abilities around analyzing and understanding data, as well as gap analysis expertise. You are proficient with Excel pivot tables, Visio, and other Microsoft Office Applications. You have strong problem solving skills, stakeholder management abilities, and exceptional organizational skills. It’s an asset if youhave at least 2 years of Confluence/Jira experience, while working in an Agile environment.
