Sr. Construction Control Representative

Summary: Seeking a Construction Project Engineer with expertise in contract administration, quality assurance, and project management for construction activities.

Requirements:

Minimum five years of relevant experience. Ability to perform routine project tasks independently and elevate complex issues. Knowledge of construction requirements and design criteria.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in developing Quality Assurance Plans. Familiarity with RMS for project status updates.

Responsibilities:

Serve as Project Engineer on assigned contracts. Consult with stakeholders to advise on progress and resolve issues. Conduct pre-work, coordination, preparatory phase, and safety meetings. Recommend changes to plans or specifications as needed. Prepare scopes of work for RFPs and assist in government estimates. Support onsite Quality Assurance Representative with construction activities. Monitor scheduled progress and advise on potential delays. Review contractor plans, submittals, and performance correspondence.

Pay Details: $42.00 to $57.00 per hour
